Ian came and set up our new mobile phones, transferred all our apps, photos etc. What an absolute star, we cannot praise him enough. He is patience and answers any questions without making you feel stupid. ISG Computing is definitely our go too tech support from now on. On the cost side I doubt he can be beat. My laptop battery blew, Iain to the rescue. Loaded new software, security and all my files, in a similar manner onto my new laptop, including a visit home to check the internet and printer both in working order. I had completely shattered the lid and screen of my alienware laptop in a freak accident. iSG managed to completely replace all affected parts, and returned my laptop looking so clean it was ike brand new (with all my data intact). Pricing was very transparent, no hidden costs, and I highly recommend them. Please don't hesistate to go to them even if you think the repair you need is impossible - I certainly did! Once the part was obtained the guys at iSG were really quick to repair a laptop screen inbetween my own clients. Due to beibg unable to drive they also picked up and dropped it off. Fully recommend. Thanks guys!
